Purposes of the data collection

Your data will be processed depending on the nature of your request, to either put you in contact with a Stäubli representative, to send you newsletters on company news and new products and services, to update our customer relationship management database, for behavioral studies and/or marketing purposes.

Mandatory fields

The information identified by an asterisk (your name, first name, e-mail address, name and address of your company, and country of residence) is necessary so that we can respond to your request and send you the corresponding commercial documentation and newsletters if you agree to receive them, and determine the language in which to send you the documentation. Failure to provide this mandatory information will result in your request not being processed or its processing being delayed.

Recipients of personal data

The data collected via this form is intended exclusively for our authorized services, in particular sales administration, marketing and/or communication services and, where applicable, our local agents.

We may share your personal data with suppliers or service providers that we use to process your request. The latter are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of the data they are likely to receive and to use them only for the needs of the mission entrusted to them.
